The number of new rental properties in New Zealand has soared to its highest level in 10 years!

On real estate website Realestate.co.nz, the number of new residential properties listed for rent reached a 10-year high in January.

Data from Realestate.co.nz shows new rental listings increased year-on-year in January 12.8%,achieve 7224 sets

The new listings in January brought the total number of properties available for rent on Realestate.co.nz to 7830 at the end of the month, an increase of 9.8% on the same period last year.
